Introducing Me.....

Welcome to my first post on this blog, allow me to introduce myself.......

Hello there! I'm Sheryn, a devoted mother to four incredible children and the proud owner of two adorable dachshund puppies. I live in beautiful, sunny Mackay, Queensland. I am married to the most incredible man, life is an adventure that we navigate together with love and laughter.

Currently, I'm immersed in the enriching world of education, pursuing my Bachelor of Education (Secondary) at CQ University. The journey of learning and growth has opened up new horizons, and I find myself not only a student but also a contributor to knowledge.

By day, I step into the bustling corridors of a local high school, where my passion for education meets the reality of shaping young minds. It is a role that I embrace wholeheartedly, and the daily interactions with students make every moment worthwhile.

In the delightful chaos of family life, I carve out precious memories to help my husband coach our daughter's soccer team. Together, we weave a tapestry of teamwork and sportsmanship for the next generation, instilling values that extend far beyond the soccer field.

Mackay, with its natural beauty and warm community spirit, provides the perfect backdrop for our family adventures. From the schoolyard to the soccer pitch, every experience is a thread in the intricate fabric of our shared story.

Life is a blend of roles and responsibilities, and I'm on a journey to embrace each facet with grace and enthusiasm. Join me as I navigate the joys of motherhood, the challenges of education, and the excitement of soccer coaching—all against the vibrant backdrop of Mackay.
My beautiful Family

the other love in my life

I am very new to blogging and really felt out of my comfort zone when setting this up, so to hear that you find it simple to navigate and have chosen in your top 3 makes me feel a little more comfortable with the world of blogging. Good Luck with ACCT11059.

Assessment Task 2 - Steps 1-5 - Draft for Feedback

Below is my first draft for Assessment Task 2.  I am yet to complete Step 5 - giving feedback and will update this post once this step is completed.  I look forward to receiving your feedback   Step 1: KCQS Chapters 6 – 8 When I read Chapter 6, "Understanding Key Cost Relationships," I quickly learned about several types of cost behaviours, including fixed, variable, and mixed costs. The chapter emphasised the importance of understanding cost-volume-profit analysis and how it may help organisations make well-informed decisions about sales, production, and pricing. It was especially fascinating to investigate the complex relationships between the volume of production and the total cost and profit of a good or service. KCQs from Chapter 6: 1.      What kinds of cost behaviours were covered in Chapter Six? Chapter six covers key ideas including fixed costs, variable costs, and mixed costs as it examines various cost behaviours. It is an essential ...
